"Water" was the Photo Hunters theme this week and I really thought that I was going to come up empty until I remembered these pictures I took last summer. We had the wettest season on record.

Great choices for water :)
I'll need all that rain come August :)
Nice!
I always get so sad when it rains and rains. My husband, on the other hand, loves it.
Thanks for stopping by. :)
Nice selection of water photos. :) Rain is so important, but too much rain is no good.
We are down on rainfull this year so I'll take some with me, OK?
Those photos are beautiful! Sometimes ordinary things are the prettiest.
Great pictures for this week. We need the rain that you had last summer!
We could use some of that rain here. I really like the second one with the ripples and circles. With 5 and 2 on the way where do you find the time?
Fantastic photos. I wish we had that rain over here.
Thanks for passing by.
We could use some of that rain right about now. There is supposed to be a line of thunderstorms moving our way but it seems to be stuck in Texas right now. Poor Texans.
I love watching water cascading off rooftops - mini waterfalls. There's something hypnotic about it.
Those are GREAT pictures! I love the dripping water. Happy Saturday!
As a math teacher, I simply focused in on that photo of the droplets with the concentric circles. Great shot!
those are fabulous photos..really..
these are my favorite so far
Great pictures. You'd never know we live in the desert!
Excellent selection of pictures for this week's hunt theme :)...
Have a wonderful weekend--happy hunting.
Thank you for visiting my photo hunt.
Thanks for sharing those nice photos. Rain can be a blessing and yet too much of it can also be unpleasant.
Take care!
Wow, I want to forget that "monsoon." Hatch really got the flooding!
I love it best when the sky doesn't completely clear but brightens and you can see the droplets of water on all the flower petals and dripping off the cedar tree branches. The bright sun is almost too much, bleaching out the color but I must admit that it does bring out the rainbows in those drops.
I love the rain and am hoping we'll get some here this weekend. We've had the driest March in a long time.
Nice pictures!
Have a wonderful weekend, Ann, and thanks so much for visiting today :)
ewww thats too much water huh? Your photos are great! Thank you for visiting my photos today Ann! I enjoy seeing you each week!
Its hard to catch raindrops, good job on a great series! I love all the shots.
Thanks for stopping by.
I like the water pictures you chose. We got a lot of rain last summer also. It was much needed for us. Thanks for stopping by and have a nice weekend.
Ann-
I liked the one with the water dripping in the puddle. We moved to NC from Northern California 3 years ago and I have to say that I really do not miss those 6 weeks of rain that we had each winter. I hope you have a drier summer this year.
Jennifer
lovely rain shot Ann :) thanks for visiting us, well pop by now and then to see what you up to ok. bye xx
Lovely photos of rain. :) I hope you don't have quite so much water this year! Enough to keep everything growing and to prevent water shortages, but not so much that you are inundated!
Thanks for stopping by. :)
I like the third shot of water falling from a roof(?).
Nice Water photos :)
We're expecting rain today, and sure do need it. The air is yellow with pollen.
The water pouring off the roof is a really nice picture. Not good though that is was so continuous!
Nice pictures, nice blog. :)
I love the picture of the drops in the puddle. Very well captured.
Wonderful pics for the theme! Quite striking
