Yup, I think the squinting makes them look even cuter.
They're adorable! But you know what they say: Boys will be boys!
I think that the sun helps to highlight their happy faces! It ruins the idea you wanted for the photo but it gives you a gift in another way!

they are very cute and this reminded me of a time long ago when our son was about 3, he was covered with mud and my mother told him she was not sure he was worth saving. He responded "try mamaw"
