Wow! The themes for the Saturday Photo Scavenger Hunt have been tough lately! This week's theme was safe. I've been thinking all week. Safe?! A photo of safe? What?! Homeplate? A bank vault? A padlock? Nothing really grabbed me. Everything I could think of didn't seem safe enough.

Then last night I thought of this. This is "safe" to me.

S.P.S.H. - Safe

The name of Jesus

Here's why:

The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
the righteous runs into it and is safe.
Proverbs 18:10

And I can run to His name and be safe because of this:

[God] made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf,
that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
2 Corinthians 5:21

I thought safe was hard, it was a user submitted theme - meaning I didn't make it up. When I thought safe, I thought of my husband, my home, etc... end the end, I posted my daughter's instructor. =)

This is a nice take on the theme - it's certainly true!

After I'd done my post, I thought about posting something about salvation, but it was too late. LOL We used to have the same poster many years ago. I still love it.

Thanks for visiting. Happy weekend.

Jesus is definitely, above all others, the safest place to be. I'm so glad I'm a child of God.

Ultimately safe!

Great idea. I thought of the same thing but took a different twist to get there.

Love it.

Ann- I love the new blog- and it does look like a great price. Its just so fun and festive and me being the movie fan that I am (I have academy awards parties etc.) I thought it was really cool.
