Thank You

To all the men and women who fought (and are fighting today) to protect all the freedoms I enjoy and take for granted,
I can't thank you enough.
You really are my heroes.

Today in the United States is Veteran's Day. Let's make it more than a day to get a great deal on a car or buy a mattress on sale, let's find a veteran and make sure he/she knows how much we appreciate his/her service and sacrifice.

Amen! I have wondered how Veteran's feel that our day to honor and remember them has become a day for sales events.

I have a tribute up today, too.

Ann, Thank you for this post. Russ' Dad was wounded in Korea and rarely talks about it, but I know he is proud to be a veteran.
